Throughout the daunting and extremely intimidating task of purchasing a home, Raquel was tremendously helpful. She always made sure to respond to emails within a 24-hour time frame, usually within a couple of hours, and always responded to texts almost immediately. Along with her great responsiveness, she was always making sure that she answered all of my and my fiancé's questions. If she did not have the answer on hand, she made sure she went out and found out the correct and appropriate answer. I LOVED this about her! Too often these days' people are too prideful to admit that they do not know an answer within their field of work, so they end up giving false information or information that isn't 100% accurate. Raquel was able to admit when she did not know the answer to a question and found out the correct answer and let me know right away. Another great thing about Raquel was her ability to relate to us and her personal working style. Rather than feeling like we were in a client-agent relationship, it simply felt like a friendship. She does an amazing job at making sure she is very approachable and personable. This was probably the one aspect of her work that I appreciated the most. For me, in the end, I not only ended up with a perfect house but a friendship as well. That being said, I would HIGHLY recommend Raquel to friends, family, and anyone else who is in the market to purchase or sell a home. Raquel was extremely efficient and made sure we got nothing but the best service that the industry has to offer. Thank you for all of your hard work Raquel!
Where do I begin? Raquel, Raquel, Raquel, if it wasn't because of Raquel we wouldn't be able to get our dream house. She is very professional, reliable and really knows her stuff so well. Trust me, Raquel has a lot of tricks up her sleeves to help you get your dream house! There's nothing Raquel can't do! I am so glad we chose her! Raquel will make you feel valued. She won't push you to things she knows that you don't like. She takes the time to get to know you and what you're looking for before she presents you with the houses you'll probably like. It's weird, Raquel can make you feel like you guys are friends way back in high school but maintain the professionalism between the two of you. So, if you are looking for a house, better look for Raquel first! You ain't getting that house without her help!
